okay, i just joined 3fc and i'm ready to start this whole process. i'm 22 and in college w/ 2 part time jobs, so time is sort of limited, but i'm not opposed to taking notes to the gym for study-exercise time.
my problem is, i get off track and lose focus a lot. i'm going to need a crew to kick my butt into doing this right. i'm not on any sort of plan or anything, does anyone have any suggestions? i usually work out for 30 minutes about 3 times a week, but i'm willing to amp that up a bit.
