yea i stay busy w school and work but i like it.. ive never counted calories I just don't think I could keep up with that.. how's it going for you?? and whats ur calorie intake per day?? I'm glad over people on this site still want curves too!!

I don't think I could do ur diet.. I'd need more food.. lol.. but different things work for different people.. what kind of exercise are you doing? I still haven't started exercising I really need too.. In fact I might walk tonight..

Your story really is inspirational to me.. You goals are about the same as mine and you did it.. Makes me think I can do it too!! But I did decide to change my goal to 165 for the time being.. but thats the size I was throughout high school and I was happy there.. so I'm gonna get there first and think about how much more I want to lose and 75lbs seems so much easier!! and i'd been eating a lot of high fiber foods.. my mom just got me some "oatmeal to go".. its like a bar but it has 10g of fiber!! wow and its really good.. and I'm going to start walking soon I'm gonig to try and do a bit tonight before bed.. did you just walk and jog for exercise? anyways thank you for all your help!!

i didnt think i could do calorie counting either, but once you start you get a feel for how much is in what, what to avoid, what you can have plenty of etc. I just update my counter at the end of the day before dinner, and then i can decide how big a dinner i want Its going pretty good so far, i aim to have between 1200-1500 a day
