Canned tuna (in water) is always a great idea! Even though it has a lot of sodium itīs low cal, lots of protein, little fat and you just have to open the can and voila, itīs ready!!!
Raw veggies and fruits, nonfat yogurt and milk I also love avocados, great source of good fats, just have to be careful with the portions! |
My staples are chicken breast, lean meat, fruits and veggies.
