At what weight? 206 At what point in your diet? when I as just starting out/ What kinds of things do you do? I go to the gym (although I havent been going in two weeks! yeah I know Im pissed too) and do all different kinds of workouts What's your story? I workout out as much as I can and eat better. I also started counting fat grams.:dizzy: |
When did you start working out? I've been working out fairly regularly for a couple of years, but I kicked it into high gear this past June.
At what weight? 172 lbs, which is what I weighed when I started this journey. At what point in your diet? I make better food choices when I work out - I feel motivated to avoid gaining back the calories I burn through exercise - so I started working out right away. What kinds of things do you do? Lots of hiking and weight lifting, some swimming, belly dance, walking, and I just started running (planning to do a 10K in the spring!) What's your story? Former yo-yo dieter who found that calorie counting is the only thing I can stick to for more than a couple of weeks! |
