I posted a little earlier today about my experience when I was in my 20s - I could get by on very little food too. And I got so thin - 115 at one point - people were asking me if I was sick. Trouble is, it's not sustainable and I ended up gaining back every ounce I had lost and then some. Over and over again until I got *old* ;) and would actually gain weight on what you are eating now (no bull). I know right now *old* seems like it will never happen - but it will, and you will still care whether you are fat or not. You could try getting just a few more calories now and increasing gradually until things level out?

that's me with a bmi of about 28.3 which is technically less than 2 points away from OBESE does this woman in size 8 jeans look almost OBESE?

BMI is not always a good indicator of what you should weigh.

my BMI level is just under 30 which is considered Obese but I don't feel like I looked Obese 2lbs ago?! I agree, BMI doesn't work for everybody.

I've been worried about you as well, for quite some time. If this is really how you think, that's even more worrisome.

I've noticed that you frequently post weekly losses of over 2 lbs. That's rapid weight loss and may not be healthy at this point in your journey.

I hope you are OK. Have you considered consulting a doctor or a nutritionist about your weight loss plan?
