I posted a little earlier today about my experience when I was in my 20s - I could get by on very little food too. And I got so thin - 115 at one point - people were asking me if I was sick. Trouble is, it's not sustainable and I ended up gaining back every ounce I had lost and then some. Over and over again until I got *old* ;) and would actually gain weight on what you are eating now (no bull). I know right now *old* seems like it will never happen - but it will, and you will still care whether you are fat or not. You could try getting just a few more calories now and increasing gradually until things level out?

I hope this link works since I can't see photobucket from here:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...sa/nessa34.jpg that's me with a bmi of about 28.3 which is technically less than 2 points away from OBESE does this woman in size 8 jeans look almost OBESE? BMI is not always a good indicator of what you should weigh. |
my BMI level is just under 30 which is considered Obese but I don't feel like I looked Obese 2lbs ago?! I agree, BMI doesn't work for everybody.

the only reason i am struggling at the moment is because i have a cold....

I've noticed that you frequently post weekly losses of over 2 lbs. That's rapid weight loss and may not be healthy at this point in your journey. I hope you are OK. Have you considered consulting a doctor or a nutritionist about your weight loss plan? |
