I went to supermarket today after eating my apple crumble....
feeling bad about the weekend...
so i had a look at clothes and come across a stunning coat....
a little parker style and very cheap....
i picked up a size smaller than usual (UK10) and put it on....
expecting it not to fit at all....
i was so so shocked....
even with a thick fleece underneath the coat did up....
and when i went to look in the mirror i was so suprised....
i know i ent the best when it comes to shopping....
but that size 10 coat is one thats given me such a buzz to start the new day....
wot a bargain!!!...

better still i received some size 10 jeans thru the post today....
after exercise and a meal and lots of water thought id try them on....
they are a PERFECT fit....
omg never thought id get to size 10!....
UK of course....
that must make me what US6?....
