Ooh, I'm board stalking a little bit too. We are getting absolutely DRENCHED with rain this weekend, so I can't really go outside. Still gotta get to the gym though. In fact, I think I'm going to do that now!

My new favorite flavor combo is hummus & taboule. Yummy and low-cal! Put in on a wrap or a pita and fill with veggies! Delish! Also, have you guys tried the Joseph's flax, oat bran, and whole wheat tortillas? SO good and only 60 cals for the pita and 70 for a wrap!!

Get out! Those sound so good. I eat sarah lee multi grain light bread. 4 grams of fiber and 90 calories. I just wish I had time to wonder around the store and just...discover new things.

Ode To Gym.

To my dearest gym,

When I use you,

you make me feel so slim

But why, oh why

can you make me feel so grim

When we spend time together I sweat

It kinda makes me want a cigarette

I curse, I yell, I cry, I b*tich

At times I can even scream

In a high pitch

I wish I could just sit here and refuse your call

Or I could just bang my head against this wall

I know that if I want to be HOT

I better get my *** in gear

And do a squat

Oh gym, how I loathe thee

But I know we both agree

That fat is something

I'd rather not be

Poorly written - I know, but I thought some of you would get a kick out of it. Enjoy!

just keep swimming.....I'm from "Red Sox Nation" too and I'm already sick of the rain!!! haha We had a short bit of time this morning when there was a bit of sun out and I couldn't believe it almost!! haha

I am currently watching "A League of Their Own". I adore this movie so much...but it's getting near the end of the movie and I hate the ending! haha I am tempted to find something else to watch instead of the ending. LOL

Taylor - that is so awesome!!

Chele - For real, this weather is a little ridiculous. I had to drive in the city last night in the pouring rain. Not my favorite activity!

Iconised - Could be water weight, could be that your scale is broken! My digital scale was being sketchy like that, so I switched back to my trusty analog one. I do wish it would measure fractions of pounds, though, since I am losing SLOWLY.

i thought it was water weight the first time, so i have been drinking plenty since wednesday, seemed to be working until this morning! Maybe i should try using my gym's scale, only thing is i cant weigh myself naked there As for fractions of pounds, i guess thats one advantage of the metric system, being able to weigh yourself in grams

Man, what ISN'T an advantage of the metric system, really? I wish the US would just freaking switch already.

I work in a chemistry lab, and we measure everything with the metric system. It really is much easier to use, in my opinion. And now this has become a rather nerdy conversation.

I do not miss rain and snow that's for sure. It is sunny like everyday here(I just moved here 4 months ago from michigan). I can't wait until winter comes just so I can remember why I moved out here!!!
