Level 1 day 3 done! I felt good afterward. I wanted to push myself so I ran a mile after (15 min).

It's getting easier! I totally saw the lady not doing them. She was cheating! I'm so proud of us!

Day 4 complete. I have managed to catch a bit of a cold, so I kind of want to die after doing that. I'm going to get tons of rest today and tomorrow, though, so I should be ready for Day 5!

I hear ya w/ the cold. I have to to and it's not easy staying motivated when I'm sick. Oh well I pushed through it. Level 1 Day 5 done!!! I think if I can make it through tomorrow and Sunday doing the workouts I'm golden for the rest. It'll be interesting to see after days what the results for everyone will be!!

I got my DVD and I start my shred tomorrow! Hopefully this will be a good change for Halloween. Rawr. To top it off, I have made meal planners for the week, and will be only purchasing the food items to follow my meal planner. I hope you ladies are doing well.

I can't wait 2 c what my results will be after the 30 days of shred and everyone elses results. Everyone keep stickin with it and I will be joinin soon.

I just finished Level 1 - Day 1.. good grief, I got my butt kicked. I had to take a couple seconds break at points during the workout. I hope that over the course of the next 9 days, I'll have built up my stamina enough to not have to break as much.

One day down, 29 to go!

Day4 done! It's getting easier. I'm still sweating but it's getting a lot easier and I wasn't sore at all today.

It is working for me. The first two days I was sore but today I wasn't sore at all. I think I may go up to level 2. I always want to quit or rest at the end of circuit 2 but then she says last one and I get a lot of energy out of no where and do better than at the beginning of the dvd. It's only 30 minutes you can do. My "skinny" jeans are too big for me. I had to buy a new pair of jeans today. Granted I've been working out other than JM but still it makes me feel good.

I totally understand! I have the same problem, but hey no one's looking no shame! I have 40DD and no sports bra, I need to invest in one. I get more tired at the beginning than the end. Rest of 5 seconds and keep going. you can do it.

Well what foods shall I eat before exercising to boost energy and motivation? Maybe that's part of my problem. I do take Multivitamins daily but I don't think they work that well, lol.

Day 5 complete!

You know how she says you should feel a huge change in your stamina by day 5, 6, or 7? She's so right! Even with my cold, Day 5 was much less painful and challenging than Day 1. That is a huge motivator too. Now I'm not dreading the pain of Day 6, I'm looking forward to pushing myself and knowing I can do it.
