Well ladies I finished level 1 Day 3. It's not easy sticking to this but it's a lot easier to stay motivated when I made a commitment w/ other people to do it. I hope everyone else is staying on track and doing good. Does anyone else notice during the lunges the one chick just stands there and does arm curls while Jillian is showing the other chick? Maybe that's how they look like they aren't breaking a sweat. LOL!

I did notice that. It made me wonder what else she was cheating on too!

I just got back from my sis's Powderpuff game. She was knockin' those girls left and right! That leaves me with a late workout. I must get it done!

LOL! I was just about to mention the same thing about the lunges!!!

I was also going to ask -- does anyone else feel like the lunges are giving them super strength in their 'crotchal regions?'

At this rate I feel like i'm going to be able to crack walnuts with my hoo-hoo by the end of the 30 days...

I haven't noticed the chick just standing there. Day 2 done. I have to say my sides are sore. But like you I can do this when i'm accountable to you all!

Is there a way to get a round the long intro before you get to the workout selection? Menu won't work.

So I have done 2 days and did anyone feel like they should go up a level before the 10th day? I think I would like to go up a level, I am not feeling so sore like I want to feel. TOM is coming soon so I hope that doesn't mess with my commitment! So I know how you feel Kukristen.

You will be a totally different body Nish when your hubs comes home.

ok, I have a silly question. Does anyone feel more sore on one side than the other? I'm only sore on my right torso. I wonder if I'm doing something wrong.

Your muscles may be stronger on one side because you may be dominate and all that. Or you might be working one side more. So basically I have no idea just throwing out some suggestions!

Level 1 Day 4 Complete. I also was feeling like I could move a level but I am going to wait because I still get a good workout and sweat and I don't want to over do it. Hope everyone is doing well!! The weekend is going to be a challenge to get my workouts in as I have a cousin's wedding all weekend (rehearsal dinner, wedding, gift opening)...Have a good night!
