I JUST got the DVD but am starting tomorrow. I'll hit spin class today instead. It sounds intense (Shread) cant wait!

What weights do you need?

It depends on you. I am using 2.5 because that is what fits on my barbell. Others are using 2, 3, or 5 lbs.

Just wanted to say, GOOD LUCK to all of you. This sounds like something I will be tackling myself in a month or two. Just began exercising and I'm up to 25 minutes on my bike in the AM and 1/2 hour yoga/stretching at night so, I'm making progress but I'm so not there yet.

I'll be checking in on y'all for inspiration! :-)

Just finished Level 1 Day 1. What an amazing workout! I'm glad I've been working out on a pretty regular basis since January, though. I found it to be extremely challenging, and I think if I wasn't used to working out at all, I would want to die. :P

Oh, and it made me realize I need a better sports bra. (TMI?!)

Girl- love, Love,LOVE the 30 day shred ticker. When I can have one, I will definitely make one of those. Also, I too need a better sports bra. I had on an underwire, sports bra, and tank with cami. And yet, I still, was trying to avoid a pair of black eyes.

Just finished level 1- day 2!!! It feels so good when you're done it's worth it. I hope I am ready for level 2 by day 11. Oh well ready or not I'm all in! Good luck to everyone else!! I hope everyone is doing well.

Hey! I did day 1 level 1. I love this! I was sweating so bad! I'm so glad I'm doing this. I used 5 lb and it was good. I was so tired but I rested 45 min and then went running for 15 min, did 1 mile.

Our wal mart doesn't carry that dvd so I'm ordering it on amazon. Looks like I'll be a quite a bit behind everyone but since I plan on stretching it out for 45 days I guess that doesn't matter.

I am going to buy the DVD Thursday when I have off from work. I don't live close to Target or Best Buy, and have no car. That's city living for ya! So I'll be starting Friday. :)

I bought the DVD yesterday, but due to sheer exhaustion from school and clinic this week, I just couldn't start yesterday. My plan is to start on Thursday after my midterm. Congratulations to those who have already started!!!!
