Megan. LOL!!! I was thinking the same thing when I started, and I am in very good shape. I can say definitively that 30DS is quite difficult and this is coming from a chick who breezed through Air Assault school and hardly got winded. Jillian is not human, plain and simple. She's one of the X-MEN.

So to treat myself (albeit early) for making it to the home stretch I bought some of the absolute smexiest Christian Louboutin OTK microsuede boots in the universe. And what's better? THEY FIT AROUND MY THIGHS! In fact, they are slightly loose, even when pulled all the way up so they scrunch oh-so-fashionably.

I'm so excited about them! If they didn't have a 4.5" heel, I would do the shred in them. And wear my Fondasuit too.

Day 3 Level 2 complete. Still sweating like crazy but my arms and legs are really feeling the workout. I lost another lb. I want to lose inches. I don't measure til the end of the month so we'll see where that leaves me.

Day 25 done yesterday! I'm still a little sore, I can feel that I'm getting my core workout for real!

Nish- You should take a pic of your boots! I'm sure they are cute.

I was so proud of myself. I got home at 5 yesterday, I had a meeting at 6 accross town, but I decided to suck it up and do JM and then go. I has 5 min to get ready but I knew it was going to be a late night so I did it! I've never been this disciplined before. I hate to say it, but JM is making me a better exerciser person.

I did day ten yesterday and doing day 1 of level 2 ---yay--- course i know i'm going to be feeling it tomorow but at least its the weekend so i cant complain ---

oh and i'm gaining weight--- i dont know how or why but its just not freakn fair=== i'm up to 161.4 now and i thought i'd at least be down a little but i just keep gaining i dont understand it -- i'm even eating better and watching how much i eat and doing 4 mile walks too

I totally understand! I gained 5 pounds and now after being on day 26 I have lost that five plus another. BUT I can tell I'm losing inches and I feel muscles in places I didn't know I could have them. Just keep going it will all even out in the end.

Is anyone else starting to see some major definition in their arms? I've always been self conscious about my upper arms, but now I can't stop looking at them.

Yeh I can see definition is my arms. More in my left then right which is weird cuz I'm right handed. Day 4 of level 2 complete. I can still see buckets of sweat pouring down my face which must mean I'm burnin cals.

All of the plank emphasis is killing me. Walking pushups are surprisingly easy, but as soon as she switches into plank jacks... woo boy.

Whilst "gargling my heart" today I was thinking about how excited I'll be when I hit day 30! Those of you who are almost there are SO impressive!!

Really, for such a relatively short period of time (even though it may feel like an eternity) Jillian definitely delivers some good results!

Well, my vacation kind of threw things off a bit... I still exercised daily but not JM. I am going to pick up again today. *Sigh* I suppose life can't be helped, however, my 30 DS is turning into my 35 DS....

Measurements (sorry i'm so late, i'm helping my friends get their stuff packed up and into storage. They deploy in 3 weeks)

Pounds: Only -4 from the start, but noticeably a lot more toned.

Underbust: -.75 inch
Waist: -1 inch
Hips: -1 inch
Thighs: - .5 inch
Upper Arms: -.25 inch

And those are my fantabulous boots. You must be bold, but my god are they worth it.

Yes, that is a dress, and no it is not super short. It's at mid-thigh, and the boots are right above my knees. I have ungodly disproportionately long legs and arms of someone 6'2" a short midget torso of someone 4'11. I'm shaped just like a spider monkey. Now you know why I don't wear shorts or skirts above the knee! (added because a friend asked me why I was wandering around in a shirt! )
