ive been thinking for the past few days in relation to my goal....
while i would be happy getting to 126....
im curious as to how far I could actually get....

ive been on my serious journey since June....
lost 6-8lbs each month since then....
ive been contemplating doing what i am doing in the next months leading to christmas....
and just seeing where i get....

its 13 and a bit weeks away from today....
so a lb a week would see me about 13lbs lighter (roughly 119lb)....
do you guys think this is a good idea or should i just stop when i reach 126?...
i really dont know, i think i need some input....

I think taht once you get to your goal of 126 see how you feel there. If you like it then great. If you want to lose a few more then i think thats fine as well. Remember if you get down to 115 or whatever and think its too thin you can always slowly gain back 5 or 6.

so close to 126 yet i cant decide if that is my final goal or not....
i still have huge legs and handles i hate!....

I would say that once you get to your goal of 126, just continue exercising and eating healthy and see what happens. Maybe 126 is a good natural weight for you to have, or maybe you will drop a few more pounds. If you have to deprive yourself a LOT to reach 115, then it's probably not natural for you to weigh that much, and you'd have lots of trouble maintaining. Actually I think at 5'7" and 115, you would be underweight, which is dangerous for obvious reasons. So yes, I'd recommend that you just work on maintaining 126, and if you happen to lose a little more then great, but if not that is a very good weight for you! Hope I'm making sense, heh. :)
