Default Fabulous Food Finds

Well I am very excited right now because tonight after dinner I found my new favorite treat and it's only 100 calories! So I was looking around the market on campus with my roomie, and saw in the ice cream section these Haagen-Dazs fat free sorbet & yogurt bars. SOOOO good and did I mention only 100 calories? Basically it is fat free vanilla yogurt dipped in raspberry sorbet.

After this discovery I got to wondering what other fabulous finds are out there...so here is everyone's chance to share them!!

I totally dig skinny cow ice cream... my favorite treat is the chocolate fudge ice cream in the cone. 150 calories, and great for when you just dump your boyfriend

Thanks, I already feel better I just ran for 80 min, and I feel fantastic. I feel less lonely then I did when I was with him! Day one of being single, I had ice cream, did my nails, and went for a run. And this week - I just may go get my hair done.

YAY FOR ICE CREAM!

when i broke up with my long term bf that's exactly what I did: went and had my hair done. It felt really good! To look hot and everything.

I really like bryers fat free vanilla double churned ice cream with a little something added on top if I am within calories of course. I like to make a apple pie type topping that is reduced calorie and without the crust of course. and it is yummy warm over the ice cream. If I don't have enough calories left I just have the ice cream alone. 90 calories per half cup.

I'm a weirdo who prefers soft serve, and the mcdonalds cones are 150 calories (when they make them small). I get dragged to mcds at least once a month, and they are perfect for those times!

Source Lemon Meringue yogurt! Sooooooo yummy and I don't really like yogurt. Super low cal too (35 cal in one serving, like a regular yogurt cup).

Ok, so I am not HUGE into desserts but I did go to the whole foods store here and find these awesome chips. They are organic baked chili and lime chips only 110 calories for 18!!! and only 3g of fat for 18 of them. They are a bit spicy though, but they do make other flavors. I also use a tomatillo dip which only has like 15 calories per serving so its an AWESOME snack.

Air-popped popcorn. When I'm feeling "munchy" (aka not really hungry but just wanna snack on stuff) I'll throw a little into my air popper and then I get that feeling of having something crunchy without feeling bad about it!

It's good with spices, too, especially chili, curry, or garlic powder...and really yummy with cinnamon sugar!

I have a tuna salad that I have made with no mayo.

2 cans of tuna in water, 1/2 cup onions, 1 avocado, 1/2 cup of homemade salsa, 2 tablespoon of sweet relish, s & p, garlic powder. It's really good on a whole wheat tortilla with spinach and alphapha sprouts.

allie -- did you know you can basically make your OWN warm delight with 2 tbsp reduced sugar cake mix and 1 tbsp vanilla yogurt?? It's soooooo much less expensive than buying the warm delights and it's about 100 cals. I like to add a spoonful of peanut butter on top if I have extra cals left for the day, or some chopped up strawberries or raspberries. MMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!
