At home I like to do suqats, push ups, and crunches.....

I do Curves 3 times/ week. I run/walk 45 min to 1 hour 5-6 times a week.

What do you suggest? I'm so new to all of this, I've never had this problem before. lol

Well, I'm not sure what happens at Curves - is it circuit training of some sort?
If so, it sounds like your routine is already pretty varied.

Are you at all interested in weight lifting? Or maybe that's something you do at Curves...
