It's been literally FOREVER since I've done any personals... and since I've vowed to be back to 3FC and more devoted to it, here it is... (Yeah, without 3FC, I tend to look out of the wagon and take my foot off of it...)
Starting tomorrow, I'm getting back to and drinking water... I've been really slacking off...giving myself excuses after excuses with my school and work. But it's time to kick my butt again and start writing down stuff again and be good again... Wish me good luck

Arts, I think the reason we try so hard to lose our weight is to be healthy and to be happy with ourselves. So I hope you enjoyed it and I know you will be fine getting back to it again. You sure deserve yourself a few days to not worry!

Spoz, that's great that you found a gym! I think one of the problem with me and the gym was I was always self-conscious and had hard time with working out. For now, I don't really have time and $$ for gym, so I try to stick with workout dvd's but I know having a great gym is a good asset.

Transformer, while at work, I have to eat at my desk since I'm the only Korean technician and can't really have the phone line off in case someone calls. And sometimes I don't even realize how much i'm eating because I'm doing stuff with my eyes, brain, and hands...and just put food in my mouth...without even thinking. at least cantaloupe is not THAT bad.. Hopefully we all will be able to make better choices..

I am still trying, YAY! Congrats! I'm sure you won't gain it back BUT even if it does, you now know that you CAN do it!
I know how that feels and I'm so happy for you! I feel like I've been stuck at 170's forever and can't wait to see 160s... I can't even remember what my weights were before 2000..and the lowest I have weighed since 2000 was 158 in 2003. But I didn't stay at that weight that long and gained it quite fast... The "recent" lowest number I can remember is 165 when I was preg and going through morning sickness. After I had my DD in 2005, I was at 175. So I'm glad I'm finally down to that after-birth weight...but can't wait to see the number starting with 16...

*throws fridge out of window* I hate weekends. HATE them.

I know I will get back on track tomorrow but I need to get my a$$ in gear on the weekends too.

Oh How I agree with thee!

I think if I could get rid of weekends from my past weight journey since March, I would weigh like at least 10 lbs lighter than now.

I mean, I feel like crap when I do it too! I work so hard during the week only to maintain or even gain on the weekends? Not cool.

What is throwing me off if I put in a cheat night, thursday. I want to learn how to have a nice meal and a glass of wine and get back on track the next day. That is a lesson I need to learn - moderation. These last two weekends have been pure failures when it comes to my plan.

Perhaps I was never meant to eat a nice meal. *oh woe is me*

Taylor, Failures? Look at how much you have lost! All that inches! It's not failure but just learning process. (That's what I try to tell myself...)

We can do it and will do it! The moderation will be under our foot and we will conquer!
