Mrs. May's Naturals Trio

  • Ok, so I discovered the Mrs. May's Naturals Trio bars over the weekend. I love them but I wanted to see what people thought about them. I know it's whole raw food, but is it healthy as far as all the fat and the cals?

Cashew, Almonds, Pistachios, Cranberries, Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Dates, Raisins, Rice Malt, Natural Flavors, Evaporated Cane Juice and Sea Salt.

  • I'd say those look pretty good! Are those the only ingredients? Most of the fat and calories are from the nuts. PLus the fat is probably good fat. Those sound really tasty. Where did you find them?

I got them at Cosco. They are so good! It's like a little desert, and with only 8 grams of sugar. I was thinking of putting a bar a day in my diet.
  • Nuts are great as long as you keep an eye on the serving size, which the bar does for you!
  • If you are concerned about added sugars, you might want to try Cliff Nectar bars. That would be my only thought. They are about the same calorie wise, but all the sweetness comes from dates (no added sugars.)

If sugar isn't an issue for you, then I'd say they look fine.
