Gone for a while... but am Back!
 

Hey everyone!

So I'm not a newbie, not by a long shot, but I've been away for about 3 months now and thought I'd give a shout out to the oldies and newbies who are here on my fave support group.

I haven't been coming on 3FC because I was away for three months tree planting this summer.

I started trying to battle my binging and purging and weight problems in early Jan 2007. I was at my highest weight ever at 159, and I'm proud to say as of now I've lost 20 pounds and pretty much successfully battled my eating disorder.

Anyway hello all! And good luck on your weight loss journeys... And I look forward to getting to know you all again.

martini - I wish I looked great. I'm an irish/scotish red head so I burn baby burn. I do actually have tanned arms though... which is a first for me. ;)

We have missed you and are glad to see you back here.

I haven't been hanging around here much, but try to keep up with everyone and make sure that they are hangin in there.

Sounds like you had a grat summer and I am so proud of you - 20 lbs is AWESOME! Keep it up cause after this baby gets here I am hitting it hard and getting rid of this baby fat. :preg:
