Local Support

Hello--

I just found 3FC tonight as I was looking for something to help me get through my workouts. I'm in the middle of a weight-loss plan through a physician but seem to still be floundering. I'm working on it, but only ever seem to be making half an effort.

Do 3FC members ever do local support? Like get together for coffee or something? A workout club? I dunno...

I have a partner who is nothing but supportive, but it's hard to feel like he can fully understand...

even if local support isnt an option....
loggin onto here every nite gives me the support i need....
if i need to ask a question, i do it and get responces....
