Maybe this is my body adjusting to being back OP after slacking on Sunday/Monday/Tuesday????
In any case, it needs to STOP!!!! I will NOT go over my calorie limit again today - especially since tomorrow's my weigh-in day!!!







And now I'm finding that since then, I've been getting a lot more random cravings. I can still resist them pretty well, but before I had gotten to the point where I barely craved those bad things anymore, or at least it had gotten really easy to think of healthier alternatives. I must have weaned myself off of all the sugar and salt, etc since it had been so long since I'd had any of that stuff, hehe. So I find it reeeeally frustrating that I'm basically having to start over and wean myself off of it again. I can definitely relate to the temptation. But I still haven't given in to it since my birthday--yea!
