i was on them constantly for at least 10 years i would say. The answer to any skin problem was a stronger steroid -____- Its amazing what a difference you get when you come off them, isnt it?

Exercise...well what are you having trouble with? In general you want to do something that you enjoy, otherwise you get an adversion to exercise and you really dont want that :D

when i work out and get really hot i get break outs in patches from getting so hot and sweaty i guess?

yep thats pretty normal for me too. I think its just that our skin doesnt like the salt etc in the sweat and it irritates it. So basically the only thing you can really do is work through it and shower and moisturise as quickly as you can afterwards. The reaction tends to lessen over time too in my experience

He grabbed the fat on your arm, jiggled it, and asked you how you could ever be cold, given that you're overweight?

That'd be like you grabbing his crotch and saying, "How can you POSSIBLY have a girlfriend, considering how teeny this is?"
