Wohooo
for the first time in years last nite....
my boyfriend picked me up and carried me the whole length of my garden.... about 100 yards.... hehe.... :) |
woot! :)
|
Yay! I don't know if my boyfriend will ever be able to carry me - when I hit goal, I'll still outweigh him by 1 lb. :P
|
damn, that is awesome! Did you both do a happy dance? (not because of the carry, but because you have a 100 yard garden! jealous!!)
|
Super! Before I lost my baby weight/turned fat I would not let DH pick me up. I was too embarassed (sp?). He actually hasn't tried in a while, now that I think of it.....
But if he did I'd be OK. ;) |
the garden is massive....
lots of vegetable patches.... a little kinda orchard of many trees.... raspberry canes, blackcurrant canes.... we grow pretty much all our own vegetables.... when we have roasts on a Sunday the only bit that isnt home grown is the meat!.... |
I didn't like it when my hubby would pick me up before, but now I am constantly jumping on his back or saying "pick me up" it makes me feel lighter! I am only like 4 pounds away from weighing less than him. There is something great about being picked up!!
|
Yay! Great job.
I can't wait till I get there :) |
Congrats! My fiance always wants to pick me up but I am always too afraid I will be too big and he'll drop me..lol. There was a time where he could carry me up the stairs without effort.. Can't wait for that to happen agian!!
|
My husband and I have always been 30lbs apart while we've been dieting (It seems that we lose weight at the same rate these days) and we're both so excited about it. I don't know if he's ever picked me up. Maybe once when I was in labour with our son, but other than that I don't know.
