This weeks goals...

  • This week I will...
    1. Exercise at least 4X
    2. Do better on sticking to my daily points target
    3. Make healthier snack choices (I do good at meals and horrible at snacks)
    4. Drink at least 32 oz water per day

  • this week i really must be more organised in getting my lunch ready!
  • this week i need to maintain food habbits and exercise a lot more....
    (i am on holiday from work!)....
  • hmm i will stick to the fight during my week back to school.
  • I will:

    1. Work out three times this week.
    2. I will not eat sugar this week.
    3. I will eat my raw veggie snacks.
    4. I will not cheat because someone isn't watching.
  • oh, and I'll drink 3 liters of water a day.
  • This week i will...

    1) Work out for at least 5-6 hours
    2) Not eat fast food or go out to dinner
    3) Lose 2lbs and
    4) Drink a MINIMUM of 64oz water a day
  • This week I will:

    - Get 100% back on track with eating. None of this half-way business.
    - Make it to the gym at least 4x and do at least 3 other active things (dance classes, etc.)
    - DO MY 100% BEST NOT TO BINGE WHEN BOYFRIEND LEAVES!! (definitely going to need some 3FC support on that one)
    - Continue on my path to a healthier, better me!!
  • Okay, this week my goal is to simply work out everyday and eat well. The reason my goals are so simple? I'm going on vacation! UGH. And we all know that it's so hard to be good in both diet and exercise on vacation! But I must stay strong and not stray from my diet. I am bringing workout DVDs with me, and my jogging shoes as well. Wish me luck!
