ya i hate that kind of unexplainable fluctuation! Thats why i weigh myself a max of twice a week, otherwise i just get confused and upset ^_^ but thats not for everyone i suppose
hi all, how are we doing? seems this thread is getting quieter and quieter...
i went shopping on the weekend and got a little down because i am still the same size in tops as i was before - i havent lost anything off my chest. but then i went to look at new jeans and i have a lost a whole size! i was doing a little happy dance in the change rooms until some lady looked at me funny (probably because i was checking out my own butt in the mirror!). so im feeling pretty good atm.
I have also been doing 30mins a day on my exercise bike 4 days a week, usually in the mornings, it really does give you heaps more energy and my calves are getting all muscular, it's great!

hey, i always forget about this thread >.< not doing too bad, someone commented on my weightloss today and that felt good Its kinda weird though, people ask how you do it, and when you tell them you count calories and exercise they look at you like there must be something else magical that you're doing lol.
hi everyone! i've just been reading this thread and thought i'd start checking in with you I feel mega guilty today coz i've been trying to completely cut out alcohol recently but i went out and had a vodka tonic... i know it was only one drink but i was doing so well!! Im also annoyed becuase my weight loss has completely stopped and i only started 2 weeks ago!! grrr.. Anyway, i'm on a quest to go from 135 to 127 pounds by halloween which i think is do-able if the weight decides to start shifting again!
i was also wondering how some of you got those pictures underneath your name which are, i'm guessing, the way you looked before you started losing weight and the way you look now?? they're so cool and i want one!

Well, hello all. Umm..lets see. Im doing SO much better then i was before. I think that joining the gym was the best thing that ever happened to me. it keeps me motivated.
Im still not eating as healthy as I'd like..But ive stopped going to Fast food. excpet Subway. I don't know if i should be even eating that!
Im drinking more water. Trying to cut out all the soda. and if i do drink it, which i do. i only drink diet.
it probably would be a good idea, i just feel so snowed under with uni work that i daren't have a snooze now or i'll never catch up Maybe just an hour though...zzzz...

school started back in full effect and i have been neglecting this site. sorry
i have been at a standstill since my vacation but plan to get back on track this weekend. i went grocery shopping just need to cook some food so i have it to bring for lunch etc.
joy if you really feel comfortable than stop...is yr current weight at a healthy BMI. its all about what is comfortable for you and what is healthy too.

hurray for us!!! Man i got so confused about the time difference between here and the US, and the fact that i weigh in on Sundays...i already weighed in for the first week. I think
things over here have been okay. i've started letting myself "socially" eat a little bit, but i'm still trying to at least maintain the loss i have during the week when i'm actively dieting, and its actually been going okay...
i may be on the road to starting a relationship with my best friend [a guy]. have any of you guys ever been with/dated a best friend? it seems like it could be really cool because we really know eachother and we get along really well, but i'm really scared because of the possibility of losing the friendship...
