I just got done with my Day 1 of Week 1 (second week really) and it felt so good! I'm still thinking I might do another week of week 1 just because I'm still struggling but today it felt so much better!
I'm so excited that i'm doing this, I might look like a giant puffing tomato but i'm out there...big step. My new short term goal is to actually run up this hill that's on the path instead of walking up...this might take awhile but i'll do it one day.
