The little bit of pudge I had is long gone, but i've still got the body builder physique!!!! Augh!!!
I know the muscle is slimming out now from my nothing-but-cardio-stretching-and-ballet exercise regimen. My thighs have a noticeable and growing space between them, and I can almost button my fitted-sleeve shirts now, which is amazing because my upper arms were ridiculous. I had 16" arms. Pure muscle. That's bigger than most guys arms!!!!!!!
Now they've slimmed out to an almost-normal 12.5" since I quit doing heavy lifting and strength training back in April, and my thighs have shrunk down to 22" from *blush* something close to 28".I can't even begin to tell you how much better my joints feel losing all that excess weight and muscle. I still have a ways to go, but I can see *my* body starting to come back for the first time in 4 years and i'm so relieved to know i'm still in there somewhere.
How is everyone else doing?

. I sure know what you mean about things stopping hurting as the weight goes down. I've had a compressed disc for something like 30 years (nothing as dreadful as stress fractures but not very comfortable). When I was at my heaviest if it "went out" it would take me at least half an hour just to try and get out of bed. Since I've lost a few pounds and developed some strength in my core it's much easier to deal with.
