Purchasing Motivation!!!
 

Before, I had a pair of my favorite jeans (a size 12) hanging on the back of my bedroom door to remind me that I was going to rock them again soon! But jeans can be blah! So I purchased some motivation!


I was looking through cute halloween costumes and my boyfriend saw one that he thought was particularly sexy. It wasnt midriff baring. And they definitely didnt have it in the plus size. But they had it in a large. And according to their sizing chart.... I'd only have a few inches to lose to fit in it. So later that night, when he wasnt around I bought it!!!!

I will wear this costume on Halloween and I'm going to look darn amazing in it too!!!

I did the same thing - hung up a dress I wanted to fit into on my closet door, so I saw it EVERY day!! That worked for me, but my main motivation is always being as healthy as possible. A little extra push doesn't hurt, though! :p

Ok that is super cute. And I almost always have shapers invovled in my clothing.

And I see nothing wrong with purchasing motivation whenever I buy something that is to small I just keep it for when I drop to the right size. Also my sister was getting rid of a bunch of clothing and I took a pair of size 10, 8 and 6 pants to keep me going. I'm between a 14 and 12. I keep pulling the 10s up and seeing where they are.

I had a pair of my fav jeans size 14 from the Gap for a motivator but they are too big now so I need something else. LOL! Dilemma dilemma.

Thats hot! I tried to buy motivational clothing but never actually had the guts to do it. I just don't seem to believe I'll ever fit into them so whenever I'm shopping for clothes and see a piece that I actually like and think I could use as motivational clothing I just end up putting it back.. :)

I'm soooo excited too! I cant wait. I'm already thinking of awesome accessories like knee high gold gladiator sandals and maybe like, a gold hotpant to go under just in case (i'm not used to things that short :/ )

I highly recommend that everyone have something fun like this as a mini goal to work toward. Its a nice change from just another number to chase.

I'm like Remember. I keep checking the clothes I have from when I was "thinner"... to see how far I have come. The costume is soooo hot and cute and wow... :) I always checked out the sexy costumes but never had enough gut to wear them but maybe this year...:goodvibes:

IT ARRIVED AT MY HOUSE LAST NIGHT!!!!

I was like a child I was so excited. I ripped apart the package and immediately put it on a hanger. Then I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror. The dress is spandex..... maybe, just MAYBE i could squeeze myself in it and it will motivate me even more, I thought.

MUAHAHAHHA!!!!!

I put it on and it FIT!!!! I was so shocked. I mean. I'm not super sexy in it... but I think maybe another 10-15 pounds (which is SOOOO doable by halloween) and I'd be, not to toot my own horn or anything... BUT, I'd LOOK SO GOOD!!!

I was just complaining the other day how yes I feel stronger and healthier but I dont feel it in my clothing or in the mirror that I've lost weight. But last night it was like a light went on and all of a sudden it was super noticeable! Yesterday I got so many compliments on how great I was looking. The costume fit. And this morning I am super comfortable in a pair of cargo pants that were previous way too tight!

Gosh, I love myself. LoL!!!

For the first time, I feel like all of my sweat and hard work is ACTUALLY paying off.

ladies, it is the BEST feeling in the world.
