Hey everyone, I'm back again! (I was under a different name, however I can't remember what it was, so I signed up for a new one)...
Since I haven't been here ina while, I've since lost 30 lbs on Weight Watchers since January... However, I seemed to be at a stand still. I've moved, and I think I've gained some weight back.
It's not the best feeling...
I need some motivation to help get me back on track. I've been saying since Christmas this year IS going to be the year, I lose weight and keep it off, but nope - That hasn't happened yet.
I've had so much stress in the past 2 months, I'm sure that hasn't helped at all. I'm living in Medicine Hat, Ab now and don't know anyone... I need to get on with Weight Watchers, and all that... But I jus need people to say it's gonna eventually work out for me...
I guess if not, I'm going to give up on my "diet", and accept the fact, I'm going to be fat forever....
