Thumbs down Alberta Girl - Please Read
Hey everyone, I'm back again! (I was under a different name, however I can't remember what it was, so I signed up for a new one)...

Since I haven't been here ina while, I've since lost 30 lbs on Weight Watchers since January... However, I seemed to be at a stand still. I've moved, and I think I've gained some weight back. It's not the best feeling...

I need some motivation to help get me back on track. I've been saying since Christmas this year IS going to be the year, I lose weight and keep it off, but nope - That hasn't happened yet.

I've had so much stress in the past 2 months, I'm sure that hasn't helped at all. I'm living in Medicine Hat, Ab now and don't know anyone... I need to get on with Weight Watchers, and all that... But I jus need people to say it's gonna eventually work out for me...

I guess if not, I'm going to give up on my "diet", and accept the fact, I'm going to be fat forever....

Welcome back Alberta Girl! I'm sure that you'll find all the support you need here at 3FC..

The person who needs to tell you it will work out is yourself. If you don't have the proper drive from within to make this happen then no matter what people tell you, it won't work.

Keep a positive attitude, eat clean and keep moving, you will get there!

Honey, you won't be fat forever - you have done so great so far! Gaining a little bit back it not the worst thing ever - life happens.

What matters most is that you are back on track and here posting. You have lost weight and you have kept most of it off - that's way better than eating it all back and giving up.

I am sure you will do well!

Welcome back. I'm new here and if you've already lost 30 #'s please don't even think about giving up now!!!!!! I'm pretty sure someone here has advice or encouragement for your situation. I think you just need to find the WW meeting and get going again, you can do it!!
