I joined a gym and they had a visual planner and I did it. but it doesn't look as real as your pic
I totally need accountability right now since my weight loss has stalled (my fault). I'm in the fitness thread but maybe we could benefit from a general "POP Goals" thread. We could post our diet and fitness goals and check-in with each other?
What is everyone's main goal right now?
