GOALS FOR JULY:

- Since I didn't meet my goal of 1350 mins of exercise in June, I'm going to make this month's goal the same: 1350 mins. Maybe I will do it this time!
- Push myself during every workout
- Weight train at least 4 times a week, do cardio at least 5 days a week

WEEK 1

1. 30 Day Shred, Level 2: 20 mins. TOTAL Mins.: 20
2. Jogging outside, about 4.5 miles, running 60% of the time: 60 mins. TOTAL Mins.: 60
3. Power Walk, ab 4.5 miles: 75 mins. TOTAL Mins.: 75
4. 0 mins. - Rest Day (Legs were ACHING!)
5. No actual exercise, but cleaned out apartment; packed up tons of old (large size) clothes for charity - 2 hrs., but I'm not counting it towards my exercise, so 0 mins.

Week 1 Total Mins.: 155 Whooo Not too bad for a "short" week!

WEEK 2

6. Jillian Michael's "Biggest Winner: Shape Up Back" DVD: 25 mins. / Jillian Michael's "Biggest Winner: Cardio Kickbox" DVD: 25 mins. TOTAL Mins.: 50
7. Began to workout, but one muscle was hurting like CRAZY and I thought it was better to stop and rest it

I'm going on vacation to upstate NY July 28 - Aug 1st to visit a farm for rescued factory animals, a State Park, the Finger Lakes and Niagara Falls so I won't be able to log exercise, but I'm bringing my resistance band and we'll be doing lots of walking and swimming so here is my tentative plan to get my 1350 mins.:
28. Resistance band workout: 20 mins. / Walking around farm: At least 40 mins. TOTAL: At least 60 mins.
29. Resistance Band workout: 20 mins. / Walk around State Park: At least 60 mins. TOTAL: At least 80 mins.
30. Resistance band workout: 20 mins. / Swimming: At least 80 mins. TOTAL: At least 100 mins.
31. Resistance band workout: 20 mins. / Trip to Niagara Falls w. walking: At least 40 mins. Total: At least 60 mins.

Week 5 Total Mins.:20 After Vacation: 320 mins.

GRAND TOTAL: 1055 / 1350 mins. After Vacation: 1375 mins.!

My fitness goal for july - 300 minutes per week (225 mins Cardio / 50 mins Weights / 25 mins Yoga)

Wk/1
T 1 : none
W 2 : 10 min elliptical + 10 min bike + 10 min treadmill
T 3 : none
F 4 : nope
S 5 : too lazy
Totals: Cardio(30/225) + Weights(00/50) + Yoga(00/25) = 30/300 Did not meet goal this week.
Weight Change: +1.1lbs - its tom but still, no excuse, I didn't exercise and this is what I got I brought my gym bag to work with me today..


Wk/2
S 6 :23 min elliptical + 22 min treadmill + 25 mins weights
M 7 : 20 min elliptical + 30 min treadmill
T 8 : 30 min treadmill (actually ran for 1.5 mins *yay* ) + 30 mins weights
W 9 : 20 min treadmill+ 15 min elliptical + 10 min bike
T 10: none
F 11: none
S 12: 40 min treadmill (did a lot of running )+ 20 min elliptical
Totals: Cardio(230/225) + Weights(55/50) *Done!* + Yoga(00/25) = 285/300 - so close!
Weight Change: -1.54lbs - Expected to lose more, but I'll take it


Wk/3 - Goal this week: Watch portions!
S 13: 30 min treadmill + 30 mins weights
M 14: 30 min treadmill + 20 mins elliptical
T 15: 30 min treadmill (ran 4 mins) + 25 mins weights(Abs, shoulders/back,lower body)

Ok I am starting a little late becaue I just joined the site but I want to try this out.
