I think my scale is broken....

When I started the biggest loser at work my scale read 12 pounds lighter than theirs. Well, as I get lower they are kinda coming together. A month or so ago they were 9 off and then 7 and now 5 pounds. My scale has stayed the same (160...bleck) for a week. I was at 157 last week! But, according to theirs I lost 2 pounds. That brings me yo 165 there. I was 183 when we started according to theirs...whatever...a loss is a loss.

Anyway, I need suggestions on a new one. Something reliable....great and not too spendy!

a downward trend on any scale is still a downward trend. it means from the last time you where on one particular scale, your weight has gone down.

so the one at work isn't broken and will give you an accurate indication that you are losing, but may not give an accurate indication of your real weight.

so id just use the one at work if the one at home seems broken.

But what is happening between weighing at work and weighing at home (ore vice versa)? I assume different times of day, eating, drinking water, longer on your feet, etc? Same clothes? Kick your shoes off at home but not at work?

Thats weird I always weigh less at the doctors :?: my scale reads different weights in different spots all around my whole house ( obviously the floors even though its not visually noticeable ) so I just always leave it in that same exact spot so I may not know my "true wight" but I know if I've gone up or down anyways :dizzy:
