I can't remember if I had posted in the last group or not, but there was definitely something similar (Btw is there an easy way to get a list of all the places you have posted recently? Thanks.)

Goal: run for 20 miles a week, plus walking at least 5 miles every day I don't run. Have one day off a week. Lose about 4-6lbs.

Week 1: Ran total of 15 miles, walked 10.
Weight: 169

Week 2:
Monday - Ran 5 miles, walked 5 miles
Tuesday - Ran 5 miles
Wednesday - Walked 5 miles
Thursday - Nothing (blisters on feet :0(
