Accountability - Today was werid because I had to go on a day trip for my intership and we stopped at McD's twice but I said no to the free sandwiches both times.

B1: Kix and Skim Milk (170 Calories)
B2: Fruit and Yorgut Parfait at McD (160 Calories)
S: Reduced fat cheeze it (130); 100 Calorie gold fish cracker
L: Chicken from a McD grilled chicken sandwich - no mayo, no bread (120 Calories); Apple dipper - no carmel (35 Calories)
D: Ground Sirloin patty 90% lean (175 calories), Small Potato (55 Calories), Breaded Zuchinni (140)

Total Calories: 1085

I have 315 calories left today so I need to eat something else but I don't know what. All in all I have to say I did good considering how my day could have turned out.

RememberHowToSmile - Do you have a healthy chop suey recipe that you have been making?

Rosario - Isn't Fiber 1 cereal AMAZING? I am obsessed with it.

I wish I could say that instead it's chinese take out, but they steam it so it is not that bad. (Compared to other chinese food take out.) Unfortunatly it resulted in a late day getting home which resulted in take out and that was the best option (the other was bar food).

RememberHowToSmile - that is so awesome you overcame that temptation! Most everyone I know doesn't like McD's...BUT I DO!! Haha. It's inspiring when you are faced with something like that and you still make it work in a healthy way! Thumbs up!

I had to stop my fresh/organic fruits and veggies week yesterday because I was feeling pretty sick. Two of my close sitting co-workers and my boyfriend are sick so...it was inevitable I was going to get it, haha.

So I had:

- Trail mix and a granola bar
- Half a turkey/bacon/avacado sandwhich and some soup

I couldn't stomach more because of how crappy I was feeling, except later in he evening when I went to warm up the left over soup. I ended up spilling it every where while trying to get it out of the microwave. It got EVERYWHERE in my kitchen...even all over my arm. So now I have blisters (and blisters on top of blisters) all up and down my arm. Not very fun, but the soup going everywhere was kind of funny.

Well now I'm here at work again...feeling crappy and my arm really hurts and I'm really tired because my arm hurt all night...haha...poor-woe-is-me

Today I'm having:

B: Some fresh mango slices...not going to lie, I'm pretty excited about that.
S: Probably some more trail mix
L: Other half of that turkey sandwhich - not super healthy, but not too bad
S: I think I'm going to get a delicious sugar free beverage from somewhere
D: Oh sheesh, I dunno! The boyfriend and I MIGHT be going out. YIPES! We haven't been able to hardly see each other these couple weeks because he and I have been ridiculously busy. If not, I'll prolly have some delicious portabello mushroom thingers with organic tomato sauce. Mmm. Those are good!

I hope to go to the gym later this evening...we'll see how these burns hurt later on...perhaps I will just do the bicycle? Good plan.

Any suggestions for the pain? My sweet roommate got me some aloe stuff that worked pretty good last night...but I couldn't really bring it to work...so now i'm just laying cool towels on it for now. I feel like the biggest baby, haha. I usually handle pain really well...I dunno whats up! Haha!
