WW questions for my 20 somethings

This is my 7th week on weight watchers. I've lost 14 pounds and I am curious to know, when I first started I was at 30 daily points. After I lost 5 pounds they dropped me to 29. When do I get dropped again? I'm just worried my leader isnt paying attention, I want to do this all correctly. :?:

I've been doing WW at home. I believe that the daily points values are based on weight ranges (I think by 25 pounds), so you might have been just on the cusp of 29 daily points before you started, so when you lost that first 5 pounds it dropped you down into the next weight range. (I might be wrong about this - I have been doing it for free at home with a friend's older materials, and his starter book from a few years ago had the weight ranges in 25 pounds.) I started weighing 187 so I got 24 points a day, then when I got to 175 I was at 22 points a day, then below 150 I went to 20 points a day.

Definitely check with your leader to make sure you are in the right weight range and points value.

Technically every new "decade" you drop a point. You're supposed to retake the quiz every new weight decade to reaccess if anything has changed.

For example, I just moved into the 230's. I had 31 daily points at 240, but now that I'm 238 my points are now 30. When I'm 229 my points will be 29.
