I weigh myself everymorning. Depending on where you stand on the scale your weight will read differently. I would get on then 10 sec later get on again and ge 7lbs heavier or lighter. I got weighed at the gym then got on my scale a few times and when I was close to what they weighed me at i bent down and traced my feet. This way everytime i get on the scale i know if it is accurate.

Thank you all for your advice. I do weigh once a week, but it was just that one day that I decided to jump on the scale right away 3 straight times. Losing 3.4 lbs in a week might have something to do with it...I don't know. lol.
