exercise--muscle strain!!?!
I realized this weekend exactly how out of shape I must be...I helped my mom garden in the backyard for 2 hours on Friday morning and I am STILL aching. The backs of my thighs are very tight and hurt even when I'm walking around!! I have been using a heating pad (yeah, I'm a wimp!) and taking Aleve to help the pain..any other suggestions?

Stretch! You can google for good stretches for the hamstring (they're hard to put into words, websites have photos! :lol:). Especially when your muscles are nice and warm from activity, stretching is a great way to ease the soreness. Also drink lots of water as your muscles are busy using water to repair themselves!
