L: Tuna sandwich with light mayo and light bread
S: Mini Rice cakes
S: Skinny Vanilla Latte with a petite vanilla scone
D: Chicken breast, broccoli and rice (Going to Outback with my Dad so I have already looked at the menu...and I need to order the broccoli without the butter sauce* and I will say no to that darn bread basket!)

L: Roast beef sandwich on hamburger bun (provide at my intership no choice) and 100 calorie back
S: Peanut butter crackers
D: 1/2 cup chicken chop suey and 1/2 cup white rice
S: 1 reduced sugar cupcake and 1/2 cup breyers free ice cream
S: String Cheese

B: 2 eggs, 1/2 packet WW cream cheese, 1 piece light wheat bread
S: Tall skinny vanilla latte
L: I cup veggies 1 chicken breast 2 tbsp general taos sauce 1 cup brown rice
S: 11 mini rice cakes
D:Aparagus, mushrooms, healthy choice turkey slices, 1 cube laughing cow, 2 pieces light wheat bread (homemade hot sandwich...yum!)

Satuday Planning/Accountability

B: Egg Beaters and toast
L: Out with my sister (and it was bad) 1/2 cup tortilla chips and salsa, 1/2 bean burrito, 1 chicken taco, and probable about 1/4 cup spanish rice and 1/4 cup beans (we ordered one combo and split it so that made it kindof better) but then there was fried ice cream (which we also split and I tried to let her eat more of it)
D: Salsa chicken - 1/2 cup black beans, 4 oz boneless skinless chicken thigh, 1/4 cup salsa baked; 1 cup broccoli
S: I'll probable have a snack later something small like 100 calorie pack or an apple
