Hey girls! I need some advice again (don't I always?lol) My hubby isn't much help with this area so I figured I'd talk to my girls...lol
I started seeing this really awesome personal trainer and shes great... wonderful gym equipment in her home and she gives a great eating plan (shes also a nutritionist) and is very motivating. She kinda got down on me the other day, saying I was too obsessed with working out (I'm following her guids exactly and just e-mailed her with a couple questions so I wasnt sure where that was coming from). I have the start of my own home gym in my house so I could work out here as well, however shes pushing that I need to work with her 2 to three times a week. Her costs are $400 for 10 sessions and I am kinda scared since thats only 3 weeks worth at 3 times a week. I'm basicly working to support my health endevours, but that cost is really high. I could afford to put together a killer home gym in 4 months for that kinda money.
Since I have the know how now, and am willing to try and do it on my own (or just get a gym membership in the mean time) and I am sure there are online trainers that are just as good as her with out that price tag... do you guys think I should keep with her and spend the money, or look around for someone or something else thats not so outragously expensive? I have good motivation and dont need help with being "pushed" to do a workout. any thoughts?
