i work 9am-2pm so i dont take lunch because i really dont think i need 2, but i dont go home after work i need to pick up my sister from school so i usally dont get home till 3:40 and on thurs i dont get home till 5/ 5:15! so i know a granola bar with a bottle of water will help me with my hunger till i get home.Breakfast - i need ideas ( im not a big breakfast person) but i need 2 eat something to put in my stomach to hold me til 2
through out the day i drink water constantly
@ 2pm i could have my granola bar
then when i get home i wait till dinner time
BUT I NEED IDEAS!! Can anyone help!



This (along with 1/2 cup of fat free milk and 1/2 a banana) keeps me full until noon-1pm when I eat again. Good luck finding something that works for you!!!
