Trekkiegirl - I know, aren't they good?! YUM. I worked mine out to be worth 2 points each but someone on the other board said they were 3... Anyway, regardless, they are delicious!

Florida - where can you buy these philly swirl sticks? Just in your grocery store? I have never seen them before!

rdye - Good luck on your trip! You're right, one day of exercise is better than none!

I hope to maintain my current weight until June. I'd love to maintain this weight forever..but definitely at LEAST until June, that's my wedding. Honestly, it'd be nice to lose a bit more, but I can deal with maintaining until then!

Good luck to you all!!!

Hi ladies, I'm back from my trip and checking in. Trip was really rough on my diet, but jump started my diet with really healthy eating yesterday and so far today - and 1 1/2 hours of exercise yesterday and 2 hours today. And I watched my old Tivo'd episodes of The Biggest Loser finale - they are so inspiring.

do you ladies want to start weekly check-ins for weight - to keep us accountable? I just made a big spreadsheet for myself with my daily challenges and weekly weight. I love being accountable to someone.

Hey, sorry. I've been missing in action lately. Ha-ha. I get them at Wal-Mart. I think you can also order online at their website. Hope you can find them!!

Helloooooo??? Just checking in... weight loss isn't kicking in yet so I am going to measure my portions again, I'm most likely underestimating my food intake.

I WILL get down to 150 by June 15!!! It's 14 weeks away - so that's one pound a week and 2 pounds one of those weeks.... WE CAN DO THIS LADIES!!!!

Should we use this board to make us accountable? I think that would be a good idea. We could see how everyone is doing as they get towards their goal.

Thanks Florida, I will look for them when I am back in Canada next week!

You go rdye!

I want to drop 20-25lbs overall but 15lbs by June sounds great! I think that'll be my "short term" goal..starting with my weight now, 15lbs off so that'd make me at 130lbs (been very close to that in the past years but never been that weight for who knows how long!).

freedom - LOVE the idea of using this thread to be accountable. I weighed in at 169.4 this week. I just don't have the heart to change my ticker to show that I GAINED since I set it up a month ago... But - there, I told you all my horrible number. And this is the highest it will be - it's going DOWN from here on!!!
