Default The Firm?

I want to shake up my workouts a bit. Has anyone used the Firm videos? What do you think of them? If you like them are there any videos that you would recommend? I really want to get some definition in my arms and legs before my vacation at the end of March. Has anyone used a video or system that really helped them tone up? Thanks in advance guys!

There's a firm support thread in the exercise video section. You can find lots of information over there.

I just started, but I love it! I have the TransFIRMer. I got it from Amazon with free shipping. Ebay has a bunch of the single videos for good prices, too!

I've never used the Firm but if you are looking to tone arms and legs... i LOVE and HIGHLY suggest Budokon for Beginners (i could be spelling it wrong). I think the guy who leads it is named Cameron Shane. It's like a martial arts/yoga/meditation. I think it's one of the best DVDs i have ever done. One of the only ones that really gets me feeling awesome.
