Update:
Friday - 20 min treadmill, 28 min elliptical - 48 min
Today (Saturday) - 20 min treadmill, 40 min elliptical, 20 min weight routine - 80 min
Tomorrow (Sunday) - is technically my "day off" but we (my dogs and I) will be training for an upcoming trial so that will involve 20 minute bouts of me running after a dog running after sheep so...it'll be *some* cardio
