Okay today:

10 minutes on the bike machine at 8 resistance (whoo that hurt)
15 minutes on the treadmill (speedwalking, 4.0)
5 minutes on the elliptical
30 sets on the arm weight machine

About 40 minutes

I'm DESPERATELY trying to get 4-5 workouts this week...but it's going to be hard with 2 night classes and work
We'll see though!

8 minutes bike (working my way up, adding a minute each time)
6 minute Butt Workout
10 minutes other toneing excercises.

Actual: 60 min elliptical, 30 min bike for 90 minutes total

Plan: 30 of some time of cardio, take it easy because such intense workout 2/18

The day you started this threat I sure did 40 min elliptical, 15 min swimming. I'm starting a membership for that gym in March and looking forward to it. have to get a new MP3 player!

Until then, I have a 20 min. yoga/stretch/pushups/crunches routine I do every day

keep workin' it!

I have finally been able to complete the Tae-bo fat blast workout. However I do that without the resistance ropes that he recommends, but I only have been able to get through a 1/2 hour before. That was yesterday and I plan on doing the same thing today! I am excited

Response to the question about Turbo Jam:
Yes it works to help you get STRONGER. It really depends on how much you love it, and that you'll never got bore of it. Honestly, I got bored. But I mix things up and walk/bike. Turbo Jam is a great workout for when you don't wanna go outside and even if you got a small space. It's effective in making you leaner for sure.

I think I'm going to look into the Turbo Jam. I love Tae Bo but I also know how I am and I'll be bored of it soon.

I did 60 mins on the treadmill last night... I was able to push myself and go 4.364 miles! Definately my best ever. My knees hurt a little though... I am not drinking enough water (I only had about 30 oz. yesterday) and I think that may be why they hurt?

Now, today, I am tired from pushing myself... But it FEELS SO GOOD!!

SCraver: Good job!!!! I did 90 minutes yesterday and my knee is sore as well. Water can only help! BTW.. what a cute cat!!! Is it a russian blue or mix thereof? I have a long haired russian blue mix named Slate, they look the same color!

Jill: That is my kitty, Calvin. He litterally showed up on our doorstep one day. He was so little. He was this little fuzzy poof of a kitten. I do not know what he is - just a stray, so prolly a mix. But I have been told that he looks like a Russian Blue. He has a thick, VERY soft coat. He has the best personallity. He amuses himself very easily.

And you better take the day off! Rest, rest, rest!! Or you will start to look like this:

Man, I am kinda peeved right now! I really wanted to work out today, since I couldn't work out yesterday. I was going to go work out right now before my night class at 530...and they were fixing the equipment at the gym!!!! so now I can't work out today =(
