Breakfast, I usually skip...I know, bad idea. Got to work on that.
Lunch at my office, everyday is a ob&j on whole wheat, some pretzels, a nonfat yogurt, and an apple.
Dinner is something with boneless, skinless chicken, veggies, and brown rice, or something vegetarian. Sometimes, whole wheat pasta.
There is little working out in that equation.
That's probably the issue.
Any other ideas?
