Nauseous
I was doing my Tae Bo video this morning, the same one I've been doing this week, and 30 minutes into it, I had to stop because I felt like I was going to be sick. (And after 3 pregnancies, I know when I'm going to throw up, too!) I didn't but I wonder if I should try and finish, and I wonder what gives. I feel fine otherwise.

I'm pretty sure it's been established that nausea during a workout (or right after) can be due to a number of factors -- low blood sugar and low blood pressure in particular. If it happens again you might want to get the once-over from a doctor... Or find an activity that's slightly less intense than Tae-Bo and work yourself up to it.

I actually just went to the doctor. I worked out on an empty stomach, but then again, I do every morning, because I have an hour to get up, get dressed and work out before I have to get the kids up and ready for school. Today is the only day I felt sick. I did the same video 2 other days this week and was perfectly fine.

Maybe you got a little flu bug...

Maybe it was just one of those unexplainable things.
I know that some mornings I just don't feel well...maybe it is something I ate the night before or alot of times I have a quesy stomach if I don't get enough sleep. I would just try again at your next scheduled workout and see how it goes. |
I feel great now. Must have been some weirdo fluke. Maybe since I had worked out a little later than normal, I was hungry. Who knows? At least I got through my workout :)

youre not preggo again are you? hehe sorry i always want everyone to be preggers! im living vacariously through them

Oh dear god, no! Don't even joke about that! My DH got the snip a few years back, and unless his swimmers (sorry, TMI) know how to get through metal clamps, I doubt that is possible. Plus, AF is about 2 days around the corner, and she was right on time last month ;)
