Coffee, 1 Half English Muffin w/ 1/2 tsp peanut butter

Snack-8:30am
Danon No Fat Yogurt w/ 1/2 c. Kashi cereal

Snack- 10am (if needed)
Banana

Lunch- 11am
Deli Ham, Romaine Lettuce, Light May on Wheat
Baby Carrots

Snack- 2pm
Pink Lady Apple

Snack-4pm (if working out when I get home)
15 Almonds

Dinner-6:30pm
Ground Turkey Burger (stuffed w/ low fat mozzarella & roasted red pepper)

Thursday -

breakfast: english muffin w/ light herb and garlic cream cheese, sliced deli ham and sliced tomato; coffee w/ half and half cream and equal

snack: yoplait yogurt tube, 2 low fat graham crackerts

lunch: 5 chicken nuggets, white rice and stir fried veggies (celery, carrots, onion)

snack: vegetable thin crackers, sliced deli turky

dinner: chicken breast stuffed with broccoli and cheese, perogies and mixed frozen veggies

exercise: 4 mile watp

D salad with romaine and spinach, maybe some chicken, grape tomatoes, avacado, sunflower seeds, lite poppy seed dressing

Exericse 45 mins cardio, 20 min strength training

I'm gonna have to start convincing my coworkers to somewhere OTHER than the Chinese place on Fridays if I want to keep going out with them... My WI is on Saturday morning and Chinese the day before a WI = not a good idea! :/

B: egg, english muffin (3)
S: packet of oatmeal (2)
L: out for Chinese -- WATER, 1c wonton soup, 1/2c rice, 1c chicken and vegetables (8)
S: yogurt, museli (3)
D: veggie pita pizza (5 - 2 for the pita, 2 for the cheese, 1 for EVOO)
S: apple and PB (3), fudgecicle (1)

=25

A little low for the day, but I can never make myself eat much the day before a WI. Plus I have to account for the fact that I may be underestimating the Chinese food...

Breakfast - Special k with non fat yoghurt

Lunch - Natural yoghurt with mixed berries and muesli

Dinner - Pork steak sandwich - soy & linseed bread, sauted onion, tomato, artichoke hearts, beetroot, cheese and lettuce

Snack - Nectarine, grapes, small croissant

Exercise - 45 minute spin class, 1 hour combat/kick boxing class, 40 minute run
