Never done this before but I think it's time to try:

Monday Plan:
Cereal (250ish cals)
Snack: pretzels w. hummus
Lunch: Salad w beans, hard boiled egg
Snack: cheese crackers
Dinner: Weight Watchers frozen dinner (I start class tonight...no time to cook...)

Er...we'll see...

B: Cantalope smoothie and a Slim Fast Granola (220 calories for the granola bar)
S: yogurt
L: "big mac" turkey burger on whole wheat bread with tomato and lettuce. With South Beach Diet crackers
S: baby carrots
D: Chicken breast. With a vegetable- haven't decided yet which one I want. LOL

E: Hip hop abs DVD at home for around 30-45mins.

breakfast (late) latte (120), egg (80), toast (100) = 300
s - light yogurt smoothie (160) string cheese (60)= 220
l- (late) - carrots (50), apple (100), beans and rice (250)=400
dinner - asian salad with sliced almonds, cucumber, wonton strips and pear dressing (300) dressing is safeway brand so good and only 60 cals and 3.5 g of fat per 2 tbs!
d- one absolute mandrin and soda (120)

Dinner - Caramelised chicken with steamed sweet potato, broadbeans and sugar snap peas

Exercise - Body Pump and possibly Combat class this afternoon if I have time

Lunch - Sandwich - soy & linseed bread with shaved ham, cheese, tomato, sundried tomato, cucumber, beetroot, shallot and lettuce

Dinner - Salmon grilled with bush spice and steamed mixed veggies

Snack - Fruit

Exercise - Spin class, Abs class, run on treadmill if at gym early
