My main resolutions is to lose wieght. I have said so many times that I was going to do it but I always fail. On the biggest loser one of the contestants shirts said to finish what I started and that is exactly what I want to do. I have been a member on 3FC for a while but I never really used it so I hope that I can change that this year. My other resolutions is to mind my own business and not gossip as much.

Last year my resolution was to become more independent and .. now a year later, I actually am. So even though I usually shy away from making proclaimations about what I'm going to do, my faith in resolutions is back.
I think really though, still, these are more of long term goals that I want to work on. Not just magical resolutions.. if that makes any sense. 1) I'd like to actually have money in savings by the end of next year. I moved, started my first real job, had to furnish an apartment this past year so I've ended up in the negative last year. My resolution is to try to save at least 20 each pay check. Not too much, but a little cushioning. 2) Eat clean. I've been slowly incorporating clean foods into my diet, but I'd like to eat 90% clean. I think it will make me feel & look better. 3) Work out consistently, at least 4 days a week, but 5 days would be better. 4) Combination of 2 + 3 should result in.. weight loss. I dont want to set a goal thats going to let me down, but I'd like to lose 50lbs this year. Thats less than a lb a week, so that seems pretty reasonable. |
I have a few goals:
1. get more sleep 2. eat more veggies 3. lose 30 pounds before I turn 30 (my b-day is at the end of the year) 4. put myself first more often (no more working late everyday..messes up my exercise and eating plans..and I don't know if I'll be rewarded for my hard work) So to start the year, I'll be starting with the bikini bootcamp. A big time commitment, with 2 hourse of exercise/meditation/yoga daily, but hopefully the kick I need to wake up early, go to sleep early and eat better. |
