B: 1/2 c oatmeal, hardboiled egg
L: going out... probably either to a salad place or a soup place. Both are very healthy choices.
D: Leftover roast chicken, steamed veg, roasted potatoes.
No snacks with me at work, unfortunately... no time. If I'm dying I'll go grab some cottage cheese and fruit (dairy! boo!), but I think I'll be okay.
