d - mashed potatoes, chicken breast w/ marinara sauce and cheese, some type of veggie

bfast - latte (250), egg ham scramble on toast (200)
l - burrito on whole wheat tortilla (180), nf refried beans (50), diced chilies, cilantro and low fat cheese (80)
s- string cheese (80)
d- chicken breast (200) with sautees spinach in olive oil (100), glass of milk (150)
s- if i get hungry a sliced cucumber (60)

total - 1350
