Right now I've been stuck at 166 for the past five weeks. I'm changing my workout routine to battle this. I know I need to work on my diet by adding more fruits and vegetables. It's very frustrating to go from losing two pounds a week, to one pound and now nothing. But I think I will focus more on increasing my fitness level.

I'm starting to think the weight I'm at now is my stuck weight. I haven't lost anything in about 2 weeks.

I dunno, we'll see.

Yes I am always stuck at 130-135 pounds. I don't know what to do other than starve myself to lose the darn weight. I am eating 1200-1500 calories a day, exercising my butt off and I lose so slowly. It takes forever. It's driving me nuts. I just want to get down to 120. Why does it have to be so hard? Ugh sorry rant over/

i agree with the "self sabatoge" comment. once i hit that plateau and cant get passed it i get discouraged and fall off my diet. i usually gain a few pounds back in a matter of weeks but then get back on my diet and get past the first "stuck point" and then make my way to another. lol and the cycle keeps repeating. i need to find a way to quit yo yoing all the time!

My "stuck" weight was definitely 140. I stayed there for over a month no matter WHAT I did until started crash dieting with fruit and raw veggies to get rid of the last 5 pounds. I lost 2-3 pounds that way and then had to wait for the next 2 to come off with another method because after 4 days of it, I lost patience.

I swear if I see 131 or 130 on the scale I will do a back hand spring. I am STUCK at 133. I diet my tail off and see a loss of two pounds, then have one small screwup and whammo! there I am back at 133. My body loves this weight and I believe yo-yo dieting for years is the culprit.

I had always been stuck at 153... until my honeymoon where I ate like a maniac... and then continued the habit for a month afterwards, which is what brought me to 166. But, I used to always be around 153, and could never seem to move away from it. I hope I can smash right through it this time

My 'stuck weight' is 120 lbs. I know that I'm doing it to myself by bingeing and not cleaning my diet up enough...I'm working really hard on changing that! I want to be at goal by the second week of December.

Wait...change that...I will be!

Good luck, everyone!

I was stuck at 204 for what seemed like an eternity. Then one day 198. The scale has been moving steadily since. I think I was at a plateau because it started after I had already lost over 20lbs.
